Updated cattle health forms now available

Dairy calfInterim National Cattle Health Statement
Animal Health Australia together with representatives from the dairy and beef industries, Australian Livestock and Property Agents, Australian Registered Cattle Breeders Association, and state jurisdictions have developed an interim National Cattle Health Statement. The National Cattle Health Statement is to be used on a voluntary basis as a biosecurity tool and as the basis of interstate movement requirements where state legislation allows.   

Herd Health Status Declaration for Shows & Sales – Beef and Dairy Cattle Forms
Animal Health Australia has updated the Herd Health Status Declaration for Shows & Sales for Beef and Dairy Cattle form to incorporate the new National BJD program Zones and Areas.

Dairy BJD Assurance Score Declaration Form
Animal Health Australia has updated the Dairy BJD Assurance Score Declaration form to reflect the changes to the Zones and Areas as part of the Revised National BJD Strategic Plan.
