Animal Health Australia (AHA) and Plant Health Australia Limited (PHA) comply with the National Privacy Principles. Any personal information is treated as confidential and is protected by the Privacy Act 1988.
AHA and PHA record and collect information about visitors to the Farm Biosecurity website (for example, the number of visitors, country of origin, pages viewed, time online and documents downloaded). This information is only used for statistical analysis or systems administration purposes to improve our online services.
No attempt will be made to identify you or your browsing activities individually, except in the unlikely event of an investigation, where a law enforcement agency may exercise a warrant to inspect the service provider’s logs.
AHA and PHA will only record your e-mail address if you send us a message or subscribe to our newsletter mailing list. Your e-mail address will only be used for the purpose you have provided it and will not be added to any other mailing list without your permission. We will not use your e-mail address for any other purpose and will not disclose it to any third party without your consent.
